Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
Global Citizens Skills™ ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, the programme or topic you're interested in, and any message you choose to include.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels on this site beyond what is required for basic site functionality and form submission.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly opt in separately.
Our contact form is processed through a third-party form service (currently Netlify Forms). Submitted data passes through their infrastructure to reach us. We encourage you to review their privacy practices if you have concerns.
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it upon request.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at leader@theglobalcitizensinstitute.com.
Global Citizens Skills™ operates across multiple countries, including Singapore and Vietnam. Depending on your location, additional data protection rights may apply to you under local law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Questions about this policy can be directed to leader@theglobalcitizensinstitute.com.
